Women who have cosmetic surgery on their vaginas are being made insecure by pornography, according to Australia's premier gynecological college.
Cosmetic procedures billed as "vaginal rejuvenation," "designer vaginoplasty" or even "revirgination" are not medically necessary and are not guaranteed to be safe, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists cautioned on Friday.

f you have symptoms of gonorrhea or another STD, you should see your health care provider for a diagnosis. Since testing for STDs is not part of a routine gynecologic exam for women or a regular physical exam for men, ask your health care provider to test for gonorrhea.
Women especially need to be aware of any signs and symptoms their bodies may be exhibiting. Many types of gynecologic cancer produce symptoms early enough for them to be successfully treated. When the symptoms are ignored, the delay in treatment can prove to be fatal.
